The Free Museum of Dallas (FMOD)

The Free Museum of Dallas is a new project and exhibition space that currently occupies the office of the Chair of the Division of Art at the Meadows School of the Arts, SMU, Dallas, Texas.

The Free Museum of Dallas is free to all and something of a free for all.

The program will reflect critically on the ebb and flow of contemporary art; particularly the kind of art that is possible when one is embedded in Academia. Our work will take the form of exhibitions, “black” propaganda, occasional pamphlets, panel discussions, and screenings.
